Clare - Remedial Massage Therapist with 5 years experience, owner of Live and Let Go Massage and Co-Owner of the Ranges Health Hub in Sassafras.

Clare was trained in remedial massage at the institute of fitness in Perth and Sydney. The training was focused  in remedial and sports massage, exercise  and functional movement. 


Clare is passionate about supporting people reach their fitness and sporting goals, with a special interest in supporting people during marathon training. She also helps support office workers with neck and shoulder issues and massage chronic pain relief. She is an advocate for massage as a support for stress, overwork and anxiety.

With a wealth of experience Clare has massaged across Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. She has provided professional sports massages to elite rugby teams during training sessions across Sydney, massages for the elderly and palliative care in nursing homes and massaged hundreds of office workers across Melbourne and Sydney in the work place. 


The most rewarding experience is to open her own remedial massage company based in Sassafras, the Dandenong ranges.


Clare is an approachable and empathetic therapist and understands that each persons experience is unique and each journey a personal one and is currently still available for taking on new clients. She is also recognised by all major health funds and a member of the Massage and Myotherapy Australia (MMA)

Requirements for Members 


Membership of Massage and Myotherapy Australia requires therapists to adhere to a strict code of ethics and professionalism. Members are also required to continue their education, which is a requirement also of health insurance companies such as Medibank Private, Bupa, HCF and many more. Remedial Massage Therapists must demonstrate a high level of anatomy knowledge and massage techniques to qualify for insurance rebates. We are working hard in the industry to ensure that it becomes regulated to provide the best care in an ethical manner to the community and work within scope of our practice. When booking a massage with any therapist please ensure you consider supporting your local business that is working hard and investing in your wellbeing so we can continue to improve consistency within the industry.
